We are excited for your arrival in Baltimore this September. To assist you in making travel plans, please schedule to be present at the following arrival/departure times:

AIRPORT TO HOTEL
The best way to get to the Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor Hotel (300 Light Street) or the Royal Sonesta (550 Light Street) from BWI Airport is taxi, LYFT, or Uber.

CDC GUIDELINES
The Zone Impact Summit will be held with due regard to the CDC GUIDELINES in operation at the time of the event. Given the fluidity of the situation we do not know what these guidelines will be, but you can view the current situation by using this link:

DGEs / DGNs / and their Partners
If you arrive on Tuesday, you will find registration on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor. It will be open from noon until 5:00pm. Please make every effort to go here first. At 6:00pm please join us for a social event in the Pisces room on the 15th floor (cash bar). On Wednesday morning Registration opens at 7:30am and our events begin promptly at 8:30am. Breakfast is on your own. DGE/DGN are on the 2nd floor and Partners are on the 3rd floor. Your welcome bag will have more specific information about room assignments.

DGs and their Partners
If you arrive on Tuesday, you will find registration on the 2nd floor, and it will be open from noon until 5:00pm. Please make every effort to go here first. On Tuesday night at 6:00pm there is a social event in the Pisces room on the 15th floor (cash bar). If you are in town Tuesday night, please join us. On Wednesday morning Registration opens at 7:30am. Our DG and DG Partners’ first event is our lunch session at noon on Wednesday. This will be in the Constellation Ballroom on the 2nd floor. Our first breakout events begin promptly at 1:30pm.

Emerging Leaders
We start at 8:30am on Thursday morning. Visit the Registration desk on the 2nd level of the Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor first. It is open until 5:30pm on Wednesday and opens again at 7:30am on Thursday. Our room will be the Chesapeake A-B on the 3rd floor of the Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor.

PDGS and their Guests
The Summit starts at 1:30 Thursday with the PDG Forum. Please remember that lunch is not included in PDG/PDG Guest Registration. Registration is on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor. Registration opens at 7:30am and closes at 5:30pm on Wednesday and Thursday. Please make every effort to visit the Registration site first. The Baltimore Summit Reunion will conclude by 11:00 am Sunday.

Training Facilitators

At 6:00pm please join us for a social event in the Pisces room on the 15th floor (cash bar). On Wednesday morning Registration opens at 7:30am. Sponsors and House of Friendship Vendors & Exhibitors
* For those who plan to participate in the entire event, registration will be open on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor beginning on Tuesday from 12:00pm – 5:00pm and again at 07:30 am – 5:00 pm on Wednesday. For those planning to participate only in the House of Friendship (also located on the 2nd floor), load-in may begin at 7:00 am on Thursday in preparation of its official opening at 12:00pm. Please check in at Registration when you arrive. House of Friendship closes at 12:00 pm on Saturday and the venue has asked that your display be vacated by 2:00pm.
